Samples
Made in the US studio.
1–7 days
A sample is made here, in the US studio, so you can hold it before a factory run starts. The usual window is a week. Some pieces are ready inside a day. None of them should take longer than seven.
- Structure, paper, and fit, in your hands.
- Approve it, or change it, before production.
- The bulk order follows this sample, not a drawing alone.
Production
Made in Vietnam. Delivered to you.
About 45 days
A production order is made in Vietnam and shipped to your door. Making the goods takes 7–15 days. The rest is freight. Pickup, export, ocean, import, and delivery run about a month. Together, the cycle is about 45 days. Most of that time is the shipping, not the making.
